1.One academic year consists of 2 semesters.For long-term Chinese language students, tuition fees shall be paid according to the number of semesters or academic years specified in the JW202 Form or DQ.Tuition fees are non-refundable unless the refund is caused by the university.All fees must be paid in RMB. Qingdao University of Science and Technology reserves the final right of interpretation regarding the above provisions.
2.For institutions and groups that have signed agreements with our university, fees shall be handled in accordance with the terms specified in the agreements.
3.Regardless of the application review result, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Notes:
1. Dormitories are equipped with refrigerators, air conditioners, heating systems, bedding, toilets and shower water heaters. Students staying in the dormitories are required to pay a deposit of 500 RMB. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage to the room or the items inside.
2.Dormitory fees for long-term students are collected on a semester basis, and no refund will be given for early check-out. For those whose actual stay is less than two months, the dormitory fee will be charged in accordance with the standard for short-term students.
3.For institutions and groups that have signed agreements with our university, their related fees shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the agreements.
Other
1.Textbook Cost:about 300 Yuan per semester.
2.Food:Students are responsible for their own food; students can have their meals in university cafeteria.

New students take a physical examination at the Qingdao International Travel Healthcare Center in order to get the first residence permit according to the public security.
