Registration Notice for International Students "I See Beautiful China" Photo Contest

1. Background of the event:

With the implementation of policies such as "One Belt, One Road" and "Cultural Confidence", China is integrating into the world step by step, and the world is also accepting China step by step. In order to allow international students to better understand China, know China and like China, International College of Qingdao University of Science and Technology will hold a photography contest with the theme of "I see beautiful China" to show beautiful China from the perspective of international students.

3. Activities introduction:

The theme of this photography competition is "I see beautiful China". Contestants can use their mobile phones or cameras to take pictures of the most touching pictures and unforgettable moments. Within the specified event time, send emails to submit their works. The final winner will be determined by public voting.

4．Activities:

(1) Registration time: May 2, 2018 - May 18, 2018

(2) Participants of the event:

 International student at Qingdao University of Science and Technology

Degree International students should send their work as an attachment to summerna@126.com. The content of the email includes: work, work name, and explanation of the work within 100 words; author's name, nationality, gender, grade, department, and contact information.

Chinese language students are organized by the teachers of the Center for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language to participate in the competition:

Beginner class: 李娜 贾树学

Intermediate Class I: 李月如 王雨

Intermediate Class II: 晁代金 段兴臻

Intermediate Class III: 尹敏 戴文杰

Selection of works:

The works will be awarded 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and several excellent prizes, and will be rewarded separately.

 Works display: The final winning prizes will be made into postcards and display boards for display

Awards Ceremony:  Awards will be presented on the spot of the 2nd "I Love Chinese" Chinese Contest in June 2018
